Drawing upon her expertise, she founded the non-profit organization, IB Helping Hands, Inc., formerly known as The Power in the Word Family Life Center, Inc., where she has been at the helm for the past 25 years, making significant contributions to numerous communities.
Ingrid takes pride in her role as a mother to her daughter and as a grandmother to two granddaughters.

Drawing from her educational background in Psychology and Social Media Marketing, she skillfully bridges the gap between the community and vital resources.
In her role as a member of IB Helping Hands, Desiree serves as a compassionate liaison, guiding individuals towards stability and self-sufficiency. Through her tireless advocacy and empathetic approach, she empowers those in need to reclaim their autonomy and rebuild their lives.
